Decorated with typical motifs of the Great Migration, this Anglo Saxon fibula is representative of ornaments worn amongst Germanic peoples, including the Franks, Merovingians, and Lombards, from North West Europe to North Italy. Crafted from bronze, the fibula measures 9 x 4 cm.
