Gathered mermaid skirt. Back zipper. No interior tags. Most likely acetate and nylon. Condition: Vintage Good nearly perfect except for small damage at bottom of skirt (not visible when worn as it is on the interior layer). No Brand Label Size 11 12 but fits like a modern US6 8.
