《整餅集》於2011年由次文化堂出版，收集我在《明報》發表的有關飲食烹調樂事的雜文。

Truth is virtue，唯真為善，這句母校浸會大學傳理學院的格言，亦是已故系主任張國興老師常常掛在口中的一句話。記者的工作是記錄事實、追求真相，現實世界變幻莫測，是非混淆，真假難分，記者走在歷史最前線、有更多機會找到真相。傳理課程第二年開始，我選擇新聞為專修科，暑期在《南華早報》實習，1984年畢業後正式加入成為記者，明年(2024)是入行40週年。
