US All Season Flags Forever First Class Postage Stamps People Designed by Carol CaggianoIn 2013, the USPS added to the long running U. S. flag series with the Flag for All Seasons issue. Each format features four stamps picturing an American flag flying at the top of a pole. The trees in the background display one of the four seasons on each stamp. Three different printers supplied these stamps and the coil stamps can be identified by their perforations.
