Commonly used in Muay Thai and striking disciplines, ankle guards help reduce friction, minor knocks and strain around the ankle joint while allowing natural foot movement. Made from a stretch fabric that fits securely around the ankle, these guards are comfortable for regular use during pad work, bag sessions and sparring.
