This rust converter has a water resistant film with good anticorrosive properties and is suitable for wire brushed and hand abraded steel surfaces. Suitable for use on structural steel and machinery, can be applied over slightly damp surfaces. Touch dry in up to 1 hour and recoatable after 1 4 hours.
