On the nose it is clean and intense, typical of the variety. Aromas of raisins and ripe black fruit. Dark, rich, sweet and opulent. Intense flavours of plums and raisins, extremely persistent at the end. Ideal for desserts: Pies and cakes, Tiramisu. Chocolate: brownies, Creme brlee and magnificent alongside Vanilla ice cream with chopped nuts on top. Beautiful with Blue cheese.
