A blend of 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc Winemaking Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats with temperature control Tasting Note Complex with smooth fruits like black berry and morello cherries, lovely structure throughout. Plum and liquorice decorate the finish.
