Apricot Bergamot Chocolate Bar Flavoured chocolate we dried itOur latest bar resulted from a wonderful summer at the Uxbridge Farmers Market situated right beside Mark from RH Jones Farms. We were treated to an entire summer of the freshest Niagara fruit imaginable. One of our favs were the beautiful and fragrant apricots. In this bar we've paired dried apricots with the slightly fruity Dominican Republic cacao, and wonderfully fragrant bergamot. Dare we say this is ANOTHER of our favourite bars or it that
